I started visiting Bina for prenatal acupuncture when I was at about week 26, and it has been SUPER helpful.  She is a very warm, caring, and a very knowledgeable practitioner.  I had never done acupuncture before my pregnancy, but I now swear by it — and by Bina — given how helpful it has been.  I was a little freaked out about the thought of all the needles, but it really is true that you hardly feel them 99% of the time.
